Had a short tine 17” 8pt on bait when I walked up. Gonna pass on him if he shows back up. Have to be in court today so only shooting wall hangers.

What's up fellas...best day of the year. Let's get it.
Melville, La. Quick morning hunt for a nice 8 point then off to Bienville for a few days and then Mississippi to close out the week.
Ground blind at intersection of 3 drains. Elite bow with Carbon arrows. Hot, thermacell not wanting to turn on (should have tested it b4) oh well.
Great to finally be back out here.
Be safe and good luck.
