What would be the best month to book a trip out of Venice? Looking for the month that I could catch the best variety.
Also, if anyone has any first hand knowledge of a good guide for 6-8 people.

I've been out Grand Isle a few times and fuel can run over $800. What is the average you pay out of Venice. Reason I ask is some rates include fuel and some don't.
