OB Contractors: gift ideas for dad

Pops has a side job doing carpentry/handyman work so I'm looking for his xmas gift to help out with that. He does a lot of decking and some light framing, a lot of light residential stuff mostly exterior. He has all the tools he needs they're just usually piled up in the back of his truck or stuffed in the toolbox. The times I've helped him out we spend a lot of time hunting for the tool we need. I'm looking for the things you guys have found help you be more organized on the job, or those things you've found just help you out the most. TIA
