I was hunting with a buddy of mine and his kid had some Oakley Prizm polarized lens. So I compared my costa’s to his and it was almost identical. Anyone else have had experience with these. I am thinking about actually buying a pair now. What’s y’all thoughts?

I’ve had both and prefer the Oakley Prism Lens.

I've just recently switched to Oakley from Costa. I like them so far.

Kind of like trading syphilis for gonorrhea now isn't it? Both are owned by the same parent company. Luxottica

I bought off Oakleysi.com. I believe it's the Standard Issue Turbine.

Yea I know. I figured it’s probably the same technology now since they all owned by the same parent company.

Don't buy plastic lenses. Costa glass is really good. It's all I wear.

I’ve been wearing Maui Jim’s glass polarized glasses for over 20years, my eyes are always relaxed, glare always nonexistent. IMO they are the best available

Long time and only worn oakleys but I’ve found that their lenses scratch really easily. Prizms even more so. Other than that, they’re fantastic. Love how light they are

Glass lenses or pass on them, plastics get so scratched if you even halfway use them that they'll be worthless in a years time. I have Vintage Oakleys that are useless because of average wear that ruined the lenses

I switched from Costas/Revos to Oakley Radar EV Pitch 2.0 with Prizm lenses and like them much better for my outdoor activities like coaching, umpiring, shooting and anything else you can think of.

The Oakleys are undoubtedly the clearest lenses you'll find to look thru (like 8k tv quality with zero glare), but they're super prone to scratches unfortunately.

They are also easily swapped out on the Radars and the price of the lenses are less than 100.00 in the Oakley store in Foley.
