I have 28" draw Matthews z7 that I'm thinking about letting go of. The draw length goes with the cam so it would probably be cheaper to change it out on a older one than buy new

Dang, I'm a 27

It's like golf, some people are just gear heads. If you have the finances and can justify it, more power to you. I upgrade every 4-5 years with everything. Golf clubs, tennis racket, decoys, clothes, eventually bow, etc. Seems to work best for me to get the most out of the old stuff and stay up with new advancements.

That said, I still carry things with me to hunt that my dad gave me and that will last much longer than 4-5 years.

Wife walked in when I was taking the picture and said, "let me guess your selling that one to buy a new one"

That's a good looking bow. Just added a whisker biscuit and new sight to mine.

Passed on a decent size Kansas 8 point earlier this year and didn't get another shooter in range the rest of the season. I was about 70% confident with my gear heading into this season. I will be 100% heading into next.

Some guys buy 1911s or new rifles and some guys buy bows. No different than the guy who buys a new truck every couple years. My newest truck is a 2004 and I hope it last a while longer. My newest bow is a 2012 but I get the itch to buy a new one every time I go in an archery shop. I refuse to shoot a new model bow because I'm afraid I'll end up buying it.

Kashmir - meant nothing by it other than that's not what I'm looking for. Being 27 I'm no longer bulletproof just bullet resistant.

i want to go shoot the No Cam, monster didnt impress me. Hoyt carbon spyder might have been bought last year if it would have been released yet.

Probably look real hard at the bowtech and the elite bows this go around.
