Need river/outfitter recommendations for kayak trip

My brother and I are looking to take an overnight (2-3 day) self guided kayak fishing trip for smallmouth.
Can anybody recommend a good river or outfitter. Any place in Arkansas, Missouri or Tennessee would be welcomed.
ETA: we are trying to target next May. no catch & release rivers either. The only releasing we will be doing with these fish is in to lake crisco.
TIA

Crooked Creek in Arkansas is excellent. Good to do a long float too because access points are pretty spread out.

Also for Crioked Creek: give Dally's Fly Shop or Mclellan's Fly Shop a holler. They will be more than accommodating with information and suggestions.

I should amend this in that Croked Creek is almost all posted, so camping may be a challenge.

Eeesh...yeah that would kinda affect our plans.

The Buffalo is definitely set up for multi day floats. Fishing isn't as good as CC, but it's still solid. Scenery is WAY better too.

The Buffalo looks awesome.
How bad is the river traffic? It looks like it's got a ton of tubers & canoers on the weekends

It can be heavy, but the better fishing stretches (the Lower Buffalo) won't be getting nearly as much traffic at that time of year, because people want to take advantage of high Spring water to float the Upper Buffalo (which has better rapids).
If you camp on the river, you also have the advantage of starting before the crowds, taking a nice midday break to hike a trail or just chill in a swimming hole, then floating that afternoon before making camp. Most people get on the river late (10am) then get off fairly early (4pm).
Oh, and if you've never floated the Buffalo, you definitely should. It was America's first National River, and the scenery is absolutely amazing with some really first rate side hikes.
Call Buffalo Outdoor Center for advice on floats to take and such as well as running a shuttle. They're very, very helpful and knowledgeable.
