Hey guys. I am looking for a small box to put in the back of my truck to keep jumper cables, tie downs, and misc items. I don't want a full tool box bc the bed is so short to begin with. Anyone have any recommendations?

Cheers

That's awesome, I guess I could try and find a used gang box on Craigslist.

i have a green horizon brand (plastic) from wal-mart in mine. Doesnt take up much room and has lasted for 3 year so far. Enough space for steel toes, hard hat, cables, misc tools. I would like a weather guard all purpose box for a little more room but they are expensive for what id be gaining (and losing in space) Weather guard

They make a "slim line" toolbox for that exact situation. Doesn't look bad on a single cab.

Small hijack, I didn't want to start a new thread, and this one will get traffic...

What's the website that always has columbia waders and danner boots on clearance? It gets linked here often.

There used to be a website called "hitthebreakroom.com" that sold discounted Lacrosse and Danner boots (same parent company) but it no longer exists. They don't use that website for their clearancing anymore.

That's it. No wonder I couldn't find it.

For your troubles...

Probably not what you are looking for, but figured I'd share this one anyway. This box is legit for short term use. I use this one during hunting season. It fits my camo, gear, bow, quiver and boots all in one box when the family fills up the cab with their stuff. I have about a 4hr drive to hunt and this thing was great last year. It got rained on a few times and not a drop inside.
