Need help with zero turn lawnmower engine

I have a 2013 Ferris with a Kawasaki FX801V engine. I can’t get it to crank unless I blow air into the gas tank to build up pressure. As soon as the pressure I manually built up is gone no gas comes through the lines and it dies. I changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, and cleaned the fuel lines. Any ideas on the next step?

Replace the gas cap. Its not holding pressure. Easy fix.
