They are about 2' to 2 1/2' across...

Possibly a variety of cauliflower mushroom.

Looks like oyster mushrooms. I won't go on record but will say that I'd dig in...

Definitely NOT oysters. Oysters and Chanterelles I am very familiar with. Old mans beard and morels are familiar. After that, still learning.
