Think it's just a different jet and will take longer to boil.

If I not mistaken natural gas isn't under pressure so boiling crawfish would take forever but i could be wrong

It takes a little longer(like a few minutes) to bring the water to boil, wouldn't want to do 4 or 5 sacks.

Have no issues doing 2 sacks.

I'm sure if you used a rocket pot it would come to a boil faster.

King Kooker has one with 5 big jets but I have seen others with 32 small jet burners. Just wondering if i should make the switch. I would only use it for family (1 or 2 sacks) boils.

I use propane only because natural gas isn't available at my home. Although natural gas' BTUs are a lot less than propane, I'd use natural gas because of the cost and not having to refill.

You just need to run bigger shite to get the flow rate up and you can boil water as fast as you want.

My uncle has one. It has a ton of jets. Not as fast as the propane but it gets the job done. Very nice you can turn it on and off and forget about it.

I have a 32 jet natural gas burner with a 3/4" inlet. I run A 3/4" hose to it connected by a Chicago Coupling under my patio. I get 10 gallons of water boiling in around 30 minutes.

Bayou Boiler the best there is man, hands down.
Approx15-20 mins to bring to a rolling boil.
