It's 15 minutes from me (live just below Spillman) and every time I cross it, I am amazed that's it's usually me and one other car - Boondoggle that I'm glad to benefit from.

Meanwhile, they are going to close the Louisville bridge in Monroe for two separate month long repairs this summer. So the only way over the Ouachita will be either the interstate or the old (i.e. two lane) bridge. All this because no one can agree where to put a new bridge.
