The 10lb plus data says Indian Mounds/Housen.

Looking for mainly shallow water type fishing. Is Six Mile good for that condition?

I leaned last year that you should know how to fish deep to catch fish out there.

It certainly increases your chances of catching big fish.

When in doubt go south. Housen, Six Mile, and Mill Creek. Always the Texas side

This is what I need to learn.

That doesn't help. I could literally be in the back of your boat and not catch shite if the water is over 8 ft. deep. I don't know what it is.

I can't catch a fish with deep diving crankbaits to save my life. But football jigs is another story. Either that or a Tx rig with a 1/2 oz or heavier weight. Depends on the depth.

Join the club man. As I'm busting the banks I always look at those guys in the middle of the lake like they are lost or something.

just about every cove is good in toledo. But in march you can expect to walk boats in the housen/six mile area. Especially the past few years. You can also expect cold fronts about every 3-4 days so dont expect a week of good fishing weather.

That looks mighty fishy right there. Might have to grab Mung and hit the spawn in another month or so.

I get nervous if I get in water under 8' deep. I almost never fish anything but offshore humps and whatnot.

Or Tarpon, but his trigger finger is probably still hurting in March from shooting all them Cinnamon Teal.
