Mold on Hunting Clothes?

I have noticed some little spots of light colored mold showing up on fabric items where I store my hunting stuff. It is not overly moist in there, as there is no guns rusting and I have even left the door open for long periods to keep it dry.
It has just dawned on me that this typically shows up a few weeks after I hunt in the marsh. Has anyone else experienced this?
