This afternoon I checked on my vetch food plot and swung by a nearby mineral site and there was a fresh rub on a tree right next to the mineral site. Am I going crazy or has anyone else ever seen rubs this early in the year? I’ve found that a lot of older mature deer will rub early but this is generally the first half of September. North Central Louisiana.

I put a camera up so maybe I’ll have something to report next week.
