Louisiana native license

What's up with this. Louisiana has a "native son" permit for folks who were born in Louisiana but no longer live there at reduced price for hunting but no special permit for fishing. Seems like if they allowed one they would allow the other as well. What say you?

Fishing Licence is pretty cheap for out of state, compared to the hunting and big game license. Or at least last time I bought one.

and if you are fishing with a charter it is only 5 dollars I think.

Got my lifetime license when I was 8. Best present ever.
