Louisiana Gun Trust

I'm in the process of building an SBR that I also want to suppress. I will obviously need 2 tax stamps. I heard there have been some law changes and starting a gun trust isn't worth it anymore. Any truth to this? What benefits are there to having one now? Should I start one or just file my Form 1 and 4 without messing with a trust?

Being able to transfer from one person to another. Is much easier. So when you die it can be transferred to your kids without them being illegally in possession of nfa items
