Where are the sac-a-lait biting willing to fish from Avondale to Gibson any good reports out there are have they stop biting

Well, don't know about that area. But in Chicot and Toledo Bend, they are shallow and spawning.
ETA: Try Des Allemands. I would look for cleaner water and fish up closer to the bank along trees to start. That's if they're still spawning there. If they are, once you catch one move on. They don't group during spawn.
