Get airbags. They have ones that you can adjust the pressure with a compressor. Cheap and you can deflate and have factory ride when they aren't deflated. I have always used Firestone ones

You could put 4 drastically different shaped pieces of pipe infront of most of those people, and none of them would be able to tell you which one is easier for stuff to flow through.
