Third year I have had them on my tree. Anyone know how to get rid of them?
All of the leaves will fall off and then regrow while the pecans are growing causing them to be really small.

Pecan Phylloxera
Not much you can do now because they use the galls as protection from contact insecticides. Best time to spray is mid-March or when new growth is around 1/2 inch, when they are moving from the bark to the new buds.
