Law help. Weed killer time?

I've got about 7 different grasses and weeds currently growing in my back yard. I just cut it to knock it all down so it doesn't look like the amazon rain forest. Long range forecast shows mild temps and rain.
Is it time to throw some sort of weed and feed on? If so, please recommend a brand I can find at lowes or Home Depot.

It's still too early, I'm sure we're going ro get some more cold weather ND you don't want fresh grass growing and then get a frost. You can put down weed killer now, but I would hold off on the fertilizer

I agree with Buck that it is still too early for fertilizer...you need to fertilize when your grass comes out of dormancy and you start to mow because your grass is actually growing (not because weeds are growing).
