Lake Ponchartrain/Riogolets Fishing

Thinking about fishing Labor Day weekend. Does anybody have any reports on Lake Ponchartrain or the Rigolets before Harvey's rain? And I'm wondering if Harvey is leaving too much freshwater for decent fishing in the Lake.
My other option is Delacroix.

I fish Lake P often, I would head to Delacroix this time of year. Notwithstanding all the rain, August is a tough time in the area.

Never fished this area before and was thinking about going Saturday to try to learn it. Mainly targeting bass & reds.
Tips? Good source for fishing reports or maps?
