La CCP renewal question.

It's time for me to renew my ccp. I was arrested a couple of times in the college days (fighting - simple battery), but was able to get both charges dropped. It was an absolute pain in the arse to get the required documentation from the clerk's of court to send in with my original application. ...but I did, and it was approved. Unless I'm reading it incorrectly, the renewal application is asking for the same documentation again.
Does anyone know if the same court documents I've already submitted for my original application are required again for the renewal? I can't find the ones I got originally.
I know I can call later today, but figured I'd get quicker answers here. I appreciate the help.

All the same documents minus the fingerprints and picture. They will use the drivers license picture for your ID.
If you go too long past expiration you have to do everything all over again.

Yes, the documents will be required at each renewal time.
Same goes for if a medical form is required
