In the '16 KR/Plat are the seats all leather or just leather trimmed? I know the Lariats are just leather trimmed.

I was of the understanding that it was some sort of synthetic leather.....maybe not.

No, the seats on the Lariat aren't all real leather...only the part that touches you is, the rest is synthetic. I asked this very question when buying my Lariat in 2011. The KR may be different.

The only vehicles with real leather everywhere cost over 100k. Anything less than that, even a 70k lexus or mercedes, has leather fronts and high end vinyl sides.

The material on the side of the seat doesn't look any different than the material that I sit on... Maybe I'm wrong, I just assumed it was all real leather.

didn't on my f250 either. When i took it to get the seats conditioned, the guy used leather conditioner on the top where i sit and where my back hits. He didnt do the sides. Used something else on it. I asked why and he told me. He's been in the business 30 years and does all the cars for local dealerships, so i took his word for it. Ha
