Mine was stuck. Wouldn't move. Night before the procedure I was chugging green tea, water, and pissing, pissing pissing. Even did some jumps landing hard on my heels and hit the heavy bag a bit, all of which was extremely painful and none of which worked. Had to get it blasted and a stent put in, which drug the whole thing out another week or so.

I use to get them but don't anymore if it was a hot arse day & I was sweating like a whore doing yard work & I drank a lot of powerade or Gatorade & very little water I'd throw a stone within 18 hours now I just alternate add water or only drink water & not had one since.
