I've seen this happen before. it's the bolt that holds the engine on the transom brackets. Hopefully his tilt rams didn't get wrecked but it's an easy fix if you can get a lift to pick up the engine into the proper position to reinstall the pins.

That's what I was thinking. Would be nice to know a friend that drives a service truck with a crane right about then
