Headed to hunt the zone 1 last weekend here in OK. First time hunting since the opener back in October. Son showed up early November and I've been tied down since.

Hoping for a few birds. Front blew in last night and it's mid 20s with 20-30mph wind. Plan to hunt an old honey hole.

Good luck and shoot straight everyone!

Got my limit this morning. 5 mallards and 1 wigeon!

Shout out to my dear friend, an active duty Marine serving in Africom, who is a Louisiana native that absolutely loves deer and duck hunting.

Good luck OB!

Walthall county ms, in a box overlooking 2 green fields, a planted oak flat surrounded by pine thicket and bordered by a creek, beautiful scenery. Looks like I will have about 2 hours of hunting before the thunderstorm line moves in, sw wind 15-20, doubt I see any but could not stay in bed. Camera activity over the past weeks looks like the rut is over or winding down, minimal scrape activity and bucks are back to nocturnal

In a box stand over a food plot in Jasper County, MS. Feels like a constant small tornado, but I’m in the woods so I’m content.

Just looked at the radar, and holy hell.
Pretty intense line of red bearing down on Mississippi.

Looks like we have another hour or so before it gets here, so we will either be leaving soon or riding it out.

About 60* wind feels out of the west
Rain passed thru around 3-4am
Pipeline in a box with 35 Whelen with REB JR 400 yards away with 270.

We put corn and rice bran out last night at 9 pm before the rain and just walked up in a deer eating it.

I was headed out the door this am and siren started wailing on phone. From the looks of radar I made the right decision. Tried to bag an old doe, was unsuccessful at that also.

Well, more of a yearling, but she is feasting on the corn the feeder just threw out at 7, maybe she will attract some friends and family???
