Well, had a wet but a good hunt this am.
The driver also managed to bury the jeep to the axles and we had to get out the hilifter jack so it was eventful to say the least.

At least we have some bloodshed in the IST. I got skunked this morning. The spot I'm in is wrong for today but my other stand isn't hung. I'll be in the same place this afternoon so I'm not expecting much action. I'll be in a new spot tomorrow.

Got in the stand, got positioned, opened my book, read the first sentence, looked up and there was a deer. If I were home, it would be a busted arse and a cold beer. I'm not fricking with the slick heads out here.

5 does have been running around the tree I'm in for 10 minutes. Im trying to watch them but they are going everywhere and I don't want to move too much. This picture has 4 in 2 right in front, 1 to the left with its arse sticking out from behind the tree, and one at the top of the picture. I think you can see its arse.
