Should've been more sneaky. Was well within offhand range but just too much shite in the way. Hope they come bak out but they all saw me so I doubt it. I was slap in the middle f the poweline.

Carthage, MS area along the Pearl. My cousin said it came up 8-10 feet in 2 days, hoping it will concentrate them a little.

Found a ridge that wasn't under water and climbed a tree. Several deer have already passed through here. Big shout out to under armour for making awesome socks because I have no idea where my insulated rubber boots are

.270 Rem 700 with a Nikon Monarch 4-16x50
Hoping one comes out before dark.
Had to take an emergency shite soon after getting to the stand. Managed to hang my arse over a flooded ditch. Like a coonass toilet. It's prolly a half mile downstream by now
