Damnn. Old people get in the stand early. I'm still in bed deciding what stand to sit on

Good luck. Hunting in this sounds terrible haha. I was taking off all next week but it seems like it will be on a day to day basis. Most likely will get pushed to the follow week

The mosquitos have to be horrible. I was at the shooting range yesterday and they were brutal. Hope you have a Thermacell.

Beautiful morning, the deer should be moving.
I'm hunting an old box stand way back in the woods trying to get one more before we have to head back to Lafayette for a Christmas party tonight.

Light fog and muggy

Hunting same box stand where I saw two does yesterday morning. Probably going to be the last hunt of the week with all the rain we got coming through.

I sat with my 12 yr old and my 6 yr old yesterday in SE GA...Mosquitoes were like the ones from Jumanji...it was ridiculous...saw two does and my little guy spooked them while fending off prehistoric sized skeeters from his face...which was the only thing exposed on him...we need some cold weather...this shite sucks

Solo hunt
60*
Foggy as the frick

Missed my chance on the morning woodie flight. Hopefully this fog will clear so I don't get skunked

I'm with the rest of y'all. Off for 2 weeks and I'm pretty bummed about the weather coming up. Been a very rough season all around. Gonna sit on the stand this afternoon and try to put some venison in the freezer

Just had a little 5 point come out and feed for about 5 minutes, but I'm looking for something bigger.

63 degrees. Edge of a cotton field close to Big Black River. Foggy... Visibility about 400-500 yds. Still. No mosquitos though. Deer just aren't moving. Crap of a season.

I'm off for a while starting tomorrow, but after sitting 5 times in the colder weather this past week and not seeing one single deer, i've got to figure my lazy arse isn't going to be getting out of bed to go hunt in 70deg rain.

This is ridiculous.

Good luck out there fellas.

I may go water skiing this weekend instead of hunting. At the farm...
