Sat this morning till 7:30. Seen a doe at 7 then the wife called with a flat tire. 2 hour break to go do that then came back and climbed in my groundbblind. Sat till noon and saw the same buck 4 times. He was trotting around looking for love Id imagine. Had one deer blow at my 4wheeler and that little buck altmost ran over my ground blind trying to get over there to see what it was

Back in the stand this evening

Good luck guys. I'll have a few weeks off starting Friday. Hopefully it cools down and they're chasing

Had a nice buck come by chasing a doe. He lost her and I could only catch glimpses of him with his nose to the ground searching. She snuck off and passed through a clearing 70 yards from me but he never did pick her up again.

This tells me the dors are close but not quite there. Next two weeks should be on fire
