Sounds like your arrows might not be flying straight causing not getting penetration

Is this a troll or are you really missing this much?
It might be a good idea for you to go back to the drawing board, review your equipment, and shoot a lot more before you start shooting at live animals again. You either need to become a better shot or a better tracker.
Good luck

fricking piece of shite Rage Hypodermic. They are going in the trash and I'm going back to the Rage 2 heads.
How long have you had them? They changed the blades in early September because the old ones were prone to breaking. If you are set on changing take a look at the Ulmer Edges. I shot a doe last week through the shoulder getting a pass through and the blades stayed together.
Entrance
Exit
What's your setup? The Hypos have a steep blade angle and require quite a bit of KE/Momentum to get good penetration.

Thanks man. Saw 6 does in 3 hunts. Nothing close enough to shoot. All my daylight pics are from 11-2 hunting late Tuesday

Started searching at 930. No blood at shot site. Began slowly tracking up the trail (north) in which I saw her run off on and spotted my arrow north of a pond 110 yards from the shot site. The front 8 inches of the arrow was covered in blood. It looked as though she was laying down at this point with quite a bit of blood found in a small 24 inch area. Also found a scrape as though she got up quickly and began running.
Started following the blood (north) and flagging each spot as we normally do. 80 yards later and up and down two steep ridges we found another spot where she had apparently stood for a while. We found blood which covered an area about 10 feet in diameter. At this point the trail split in three directions (north, northwest, and northeast) and each went down a separate side of the ridge. No blood was found on either trail moving forward.
We began thinking that maybe she turned around to head towards the pond near where the arrow was found (south). We began finding blood on the right side of the trail when heading back, often times drops of blood or blood rubs on both sides of the trail. Found this odd being she was hit on her right side and should only find blood rubs on the right side of the trail if she only went north.
Found blood on the underside of leaves and rubs on the right side of the trail heading back (south) and would divert from the trail each time we found blood on the right side but could never find blood away from the trail where she diverted from the original trail.
Called a few folks in the area with dogs, but no one was available.
After 6 hours of no further progress, we began visually surveying the open forest, bedding areas, and dead falls hoping to find her. No luck.
Bowtech (62# before having restrung...haven't rechecked since)
Carbon Express Blue Streak 250 7.4 GPI (Shot Easton Bloodline 330 8.7 GPI last year)
Rage Hypodermic Broadheads 100 grain (Shot Rage II 100 grain last year)
Last year with the old set up I took a buck clean using the Bloodline arrows and Rage II heads.
This has happened twice this week.
Wednesday Evening
Hit doe at 24 yards broadside
Found arrow 12 yards from shot site
5 inches of penetration
No blood at shot site or on ground where arrow fell out

Part of bow hunting no matter what equipment you have.
Keep looking if you can.

This may be part of your problem. Last year you were shooting a .330 spine arrow, this year you are shooting a .413 spine arrow. If the .413 spine is on the weak side your arrows aren't flying straight and can cause issues with penetration. The Blue Streak 350s would have been closer to what you had previously shot with a .347 spine. I'd bet if you paper tuned your bow you'd get a nock left tear (assuming you are right handed)
What length are your arrows?

While this is true, something is going on with his setup or shot placement to happen twice in a weeks time. You should get a pass through with a 60+ pound modern compound 90+% of the time if you don't hit a large bone.
