I grew up right near the outerbanks, this happens all the time surprisingly, not often with a fifth wheel attached, but all the time with trucks. There is a ton of houses you have to drive down the beach to get too, and people frick up constantly.

Funny you say that. About 20 years ago I saw this same exact thing happen to some poor ol baw on Fourchon. We were in my dads boat fishing the surf around the rocks when it happened. We pulled up on the beach to try to help but it was too late. Dad told the guy the only way he won't lose the truck is if he unhooked from the camper. So he did and over the next hour the high tide just ate up his camper. I felt bad for the guy but at least he didn't lose his truck too

The guy he bought it from told him it was a Double Naught Spy Camper that was good on the land and at sea.



Wonder if he's shot the 50 cal boat gun yet?
