Got any better pics? If you could lighten that first one up it would make it easier to identify. Can't tell if breast is reddish or not

The sky behind killed my pictues. It does have reddish breast. It's been chilling around my place There is a forest behind my house that I just discovered rats have been dining on the seed that has fallen from a bird feeder I have out back. Hopefully he is there for them.

I'm torn on this ID based on the pics provided. I'm leaning more Red-shouldered as mentioned first. That wing pattern seems like an obvious Red-shouldered look. Also, in the pic where it is perched on the lamp, I don't think it has the appropriate tail shape and length for a Cooper's, but it may just be a deceptive pic. And if it lacks the red eyes, probably a Red-shouldered.
