Hunting Lease - Price Per Acre, St. Francisville area

Anyone know what the going price per acre to lease land is? I have heard anywhere from $20/acre to $30/acre.

If you find 25-30 you're doing real good or getting screwed on some crappy hunting.

Depends on size of lease and location. Closer to the river you get the more it is generally unless its swamp.

that is what the prime land goes for in Mississippi, so that sounds realistic...

Prime in W.Feliciana is 45-70 an acre. Fact!

Yes 20-30 is damn cheap for anywhere with good hunting in LA but then again, good LA deer>good MS deer.

Yeah, I know someone who was paying $50k/yr up there. Doesn't seem that far-fetched
