my words exactly. All my coworkers have Maui Jim and they have gotten multiple free pairs after sending in broken ones. Costa customer service was a huge letdown for me.

I sent in a pair of Brine's with rubber missing on the nose and temples, they sent me a new pair for $12. I'm sure it just depends on the mood of the person who opens your box.
