Camping on DeGray Lake near Hot Springs with the family next week. (10yr girl, 5yr girl, 2yr boy)

Any recommendations from past experiences would be helpful on restaurants, things to do, etc.

If you go into town, Deluca's Pizza is fantastic. Someone on the food board here gave me a tip, and I've been twice.

Limited hours: Thursday 4 pm to 9 pm, Friday & Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., & Sunday Noon to 7 p.m.

Make reservations if you go for dinner. They make so many balls of dough per day. They save dough for reservations, but they otherwise often sell out and turn folks away.

Magic Springs is closed for the season.

Try the diamond mine in Murfreesboro.

The state park their is great. Plenty of hiking trails, horse back riding, golf and boat rentals. May be too cool for all that though.

I went twice; two years ago and eight years ago. It was boring as hell.

Golf course at degray is nice just real wet right now. Mid American museum would be good for the kids in hot springs. Downtown good to cruise with the wife. Christmas lights at Garvan Gardens might be up by then too. The tamales at Mclards are unrea!
