They're bad in one little sector of rice country where I'm from. Going on a hunt this fall. Really hope they don't spread to our land

BoarBuster trapping system is the most effective way to control the population, unfortunately eradication is virtually impossible. The traps are expensive but well worth it. I've had one for a month and a half and have caught 60 hogs on two pieces of property. Don't know where you are from but there is a program that pays $2400 per year to help with hog control in certain parishes. I can get you in touch with a BoarBuster dealer her in LA and info about the funding program. If you are interested let me know.
