I have quiet a few times. It's nice on flat land like dry swamp area. Sucks in the hills with thick cover

Get your dogs a protective vest.

Got relatives who do. Stopped going with them when they wouldn't kill the pigs. Just catch them and cut them

Yep, got a close friend who has quite a few dogs. We do it almost every weekend after deer season ends until it gets hot and the snakes come out. It's probably the most intense type of hunting you will ever do. It's nothing like killing a hog with a knife with nothing but a few 50lb dogs holding onto it.

Yea it's been a while since I've been. That's what I grew up on and one of my good buddies that got me started on it is gettin out of it. We were talkin about some of the old times last night and it got me wondering if any OB baws are out there catchin hogs.

We kill most of the ones that we catch on the spot. If we catch a big boar and he's not in bad shape we'll hobble him and take him to a pen and cut him and feed him out then kill him later so we can eat him.
