OB, I'm having to replace the roof on my rent house to get it sold. What is the cheapest route to go to stay metal?! Should I go back with reg old tin like before?

Do you have to go with metal? The metal that roofers recommend using is a lot more expensive than a 3 tab shingle. If you want to put a cheap shite metal roof to get a property sold then go for it.

Have the metal cleaned and the seams and screws tightened/covered. Then have a coatings roofer hit it with a white acrylic roofing product done thru airless sprayer.

Bout $1-2 (at most) per ft depending on product sprayed (there are several good ones

Sell house. Roof will last a long time
