My friend pawned off a couple of leather couches on me that have been sitting underneath his carport.
They are in relatively good condition but the seat cushions aren't quite right.
The leather isn't cut or peeling, but the cushions just feel rough and the leather looks like cracked skin.

Is there anything I can do to make them a bit smoother? Or are they just done for?

TIA

I really have no idea, but have you tried a leather conditioner lotion?

I use Lexol on mine. If the leather is actually cracked, it's not repairable
