Currently in a "gun a day" for a month here in Georgia.
I bought 3 tickets for 20 bucks each.
I didn't checkout the link because well...facebook.
The raffle I am in picks winners by matching your stub number to the state lottery noon cash 3 drawing.

I like using the pick 3 numbers because the drawing is held automatically, BUT you have to sell 1000 tickets. 4 softball teams selling 1000 tickets is tough. Yes, it is a facebook link to friend's team, but you do not have to have facebook to see it.

I actually won a gun last month on a gun raffle using the pick 3 numbers. First time I got in one of those.

Nah this team won the World Series last summer and has already qualified for their World Series this summer. So I don’t think they worried about making it.

It’s way more difficult and expensive than that. You have to play in multiple “qualifying” tournaments or place in “NiT” or “super nits” to get there just depends on what organization WS they are playing (fasa, usssa or 2d)

This particular raffle, they didn't sell all of the tickets. I didn't get to pick my numbers. I bought a chance and the number was prepicked for me. At the end of the month, they did a random number generator to give the rest of the guns away.

They did the right thing.
I'd rather they just do a random number generator from the start.
