I need something to kill about 3 acres of food plots without having to use a sprayer

May be possible, but AI have never heard of anyone using a granular product for that application. Trouble is, if something works through the soil to kill grass and weds, it will also kill whatever you are planting. The sprays kill the vegetation that they hit, but there is no residual action to kill whatever you are planting

There is a granulated glyphosate on the market that kills by contact, but it's new to the US. It's marketed by Glysorita, but I don't know about its availability.

Well, there certainly are granulated killers that will do that. I can't remember what the name of it was, but we had. Some stuff at work that was very effective. Some dumbass was trying to kill grass and accidentally killed a couple of hundred year old live oak and that was the end of that....

That's what I need. Considered salt but not sure if it will work fast enough

Busted my arse to keep a land owner happy. Planted plots 3 times due to flooding. Build a 6x8 treated condo to hunt out of and a bunch of other shite. Put money into feeding supplements all summer and have let half a dozen 2 yr old 8s walk so they will grow. 6 stands on the place and 5 are mine....
Got one day warning that 2 guys will be there this weekend. Ok, I can suck it up for a weekend. Meet the guys today and they are there for the rest of the year and already planning for next. I'm pissed
