Getting a lab from huntfield kennels in Mississippi, has anyone purchased a dog from them before?

I tried. Never got in touch with me after the supposed due date. When I called, they said that it was a false pregnancy. If I didn't call them, I think they would have just kept my deposit and never said a word.

Due date was about a year ago. Put a deposit down a few months prior. Gave them money and never heard another word.

Dave, when was this. He had turned over the kennel to his sister. About 9 months ago he told me he had taken it back over.

I would feel comfortable with him, but that sounds pretty shitty about not notifying you. It is not like something he would do, that is why I was wondering when.

I am pretty sure I never spoke to a man the several times I called. Can't say who I spoke to, his sister or not, but it was always a woman.

I didn't have a problem getting my money back after I finally did call. But I had to initiate the conversation.

My roommate has been in touch with them for the past couple months about a planned litter. They're trying to breed the dogs next month according to him.

Finding very limited information from just looking on google for reviews/references. Was hoping someone on here would have bought a dog from them in the past few months or the last year.

No I do not. I only know of one of his dogs, and the owner moved when dog was about a year old. I hate all 1 yr old labs so I am not a good judge. It was pretty. Seemed to have a decent nose when it stopped tearing everything up

Nothing in the world cuter than a lab puppy or better than an adult, an adolescent lab takes some patience.

Godspeed. I wanted to kill mine at least twice daily between 6 months and 1.5 years.

Now we're buds though
