looks like you've got a good place to rest your rifle on that fence gate back there. If you're careful to not slam the truck door you may be able to roll up and get out just as the feeder timer goes off.

And FTR, I'm not jealous even a little bit. I'm so thankful I'm financially challenged enough to only be able to hunt public land free ranging heavily pressured deer. So thankful.

Are the pics really from 8/8? You have any more recent? Curious how much he has continued to grow?

Subtle brag thread is not so subtle....

Great buck though honestly. Solid 150-170, hard to say in velvet they always look bigger.

Lol. I've been there and it can be frustrating but also very rewarding when you land that good deer on public land.

Yeah we had to work for our limits this morning for the first time in years. They were in here 2 weeks ago too when my dad was down. This bastard was my first kill of the morning

I have a 138 inch 10 point hanging on my wall.

This deer is MUCH bigger than that.

We ended up slaying the birds and all came home with limits.

He is a pic of that buck a month later.

Probably not much. Deer have hooves and that makes it hard to hold onto the ball. Unless he is a field goal kicker.
