Primos may make the worst camera on the market. I bought six and not one lasted more than 18 months.

I am not a primos lover either but it is a pretty good deal for anybody wanting one.

I bought a couple stealthcam g42NG cams last year. They were a little more but they were awesome. I put lithium batteries in at the beginning of July and picked em up in February still showing 100%

I think they all have a suck factor. I got a good truth cam, in fact great. I got a GNG42 and it was great. For a month. Replaced with another and so far so good. Got like 5 wildlife innovations and everyone of them wouldn't work at all. Seems like there is equal opportunity to get good ones or bad ones of any brand. (I've even had ppl say they love wildlife brand!) those were absolutely awful- and academy will NOT support them at all.

I have had the best luck with the browning cams so far but they all do suck.
