Looking to extend my carport, I know concrete is about $105-$125 a yard. I'm just not sure a reasonable price for a turn key job scraping the ground, forming up, pouring, finishing, etc. Nothing fancy, just a 4'' thick slab approx 16'x25'.

What can I expect to pay for the carport cover itself, metal carport connected to the house on one side, gutters, drains and posts on the opposite side?

What's the biggest part of that $4700? Installation or materials? Seems high.

$7.69 sf material and $2.98 sf labor. The gutters added ~$200 both material and labor.

I am using Xactimate, the prices cover normal instillation, but it should give him a good baseline price. Labor, material and equipment prices are updated monthly by zip code for the country...
