Anyone have any empty shotgun shells they would be willing to donate to me? Need them for a hunting themed craft I'm making by next weekend. 25-50 of them? In or around the NOLA area. TIA

If they have a skeet/sporting clays range somewhere in your area they will probably let you go pick up as many as you want.

Wait for the hard legs during the day to show up. You'll have your empty shells in no time

No shells. For a over the pants hand job anything is possible though.

Go to Precision firing range in Baton Rouge and ask. They'll give you all the empty 12 gauge shells you can carry.
I'd think almost any gun range would do the same. Call the local range in Jefferson.

I can direct you to a place on the westbank that literally has thousands of them on the ground

have several boxes as I've saved for reloading but I don't mind parting with them. Probably a thousand or so. Your welcome to all of them if you want.

Wow, thanks for the offer but I wouldn't want you to drive that far!

Will try a local range, thanks for all the help and suggestions!

I am in Shreveport or I could help you out. There is about 20,000 in my garage. There is a clays ground in Belle Chase that will have plenty to chose from. I don't know what kind of project it is but if I were you I would pick some with thick hulls because they will hold up better to time and abuse.

Somebody tell that dude in Mississippi to throw the shells in the Pearl River up there.

Stacy, go stand on the I-10 bridge over the West Pearl and hang a dozen crab nets off the side.

She shells will be down in a few days.

Like others have said, find a range that has skeet/sporting clays fields.
I'm inHouston and there are tons of places around.
