My egg plant plant is 6 feet tall and has many flowers but not a single egg plant. The plant looks very healthy. What is going on? Do they just make later in the season? I can never remember with egg plants. TIA

Mine are the same way. I think I've gotten about 5 eggplants this year from 6 huge plants. Talked to a guy that said last year was great, but this year was terrible for his too. No clue.

If it's blooming and not dropping the flowers the eggplants will be on the way shortly.

Mine took awhile to finally set, and now I've picked 30-40 eggplants off my 5.

Not if you plant the chicken, dummy!

Should I manually pollinate them?

Lack of bees have been an issue for my egg plant and squash. I've started using a Q-Tip to pollinate by hand. Eggplant pollination by hand Squash pollination by hand
