Dulac...not as good today

Finished w/ 12 trout today, most smaller than earlier in the week, and only one on topwater. LSU Chub caught the rest. I caught a 18+ on about the third cast but that was it for the topwater bite. I did release about 4 fish from 17 to 21 inches (included in the 12 above).


Tide was slacking as I arrived so I didn't have much movement. Fish I did catch were under a cork in about 6 feet of water....bayou off of Bay Antione.

Fished much harder today.....dam, I was soooo confident going out this am.

I think the afternoon would have been better, but my son has a bball game in Mettree this pm
