Fished a bay just north of Bay Du Mongles today and caught a bunch of specks but most of them were small. Threw back at least 30 10-11 inch trout. They were chasing shrimp. Anyone else have any luck in Dulac/Cocodrie this weekend? Seems like the specks have moved north some.

Thanks for the report. I'll be down this coming weekend. Haven't heard much else though.

I'm itching to head to cocodrie. It's my favorite time of the year. All the fish are about a minute from the camp and they are stacked up. They should be showing up in the inner bays with this cool weather

5 pound trout are being caught on the inside to answer your question. Stay on the outside to catch the dinks!
